Pros

High salary compared with other industries.

Cons

Horrendous racist colleagues. Extremely unprofessional. Half of the (small) Customer Care team really don't care about people's issues and can be downright rude to customers - they are just there for the completely unwarranted high salaries. No-one monitors their calls because once the sales team have got your money Bellway have no interest in you. Sexual harassment from one director in particular - he was renowned for it and I experienced it first hand. If you are a prejudiced British dinosaur whose opinions were formulated in the 70's, and/or you read the Sun, then I'm sure you'll fit in.

Cons

Some manager are micro managers (mostly mine) Could allow 1 extra day WFH if office based Won't provide training and ignore requests

Pros

Given the freedom and personable responsibility to complete my role. Education, courses and learning is readily available and resourced. Hierarchy structure is good. Easy to navigate to specific departments etc.

Cons

Currently no real cons. Sometimes some minor IT/system issues.
