Pros

I think that's the first company where I felt at home. The people are great and I was really lucky with my manager. It's a rapidly growing company, so it's probably not for people who want to sit and do the same things year after year. But start making the difference - and you'll get noticed and rewarded fast! They are really flexible and they will do their best for you to feel comfortable. I didn't notice much politics in the company. Everyone is willing to do their jobs and accept responsibility. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The climate is warm and informal.

Cons

As I said, it's a rapidly growing company with the typical pains that such companies have. It's a bit mercurial, so expect the things and the nature of your job to change from time to time. Make sure your mind can embrace the complexity of the business. Don't expect manuals and procedures that will explain you everything and that you'll simply need to follow.
