Not enough resources lead to constant challenge of getting work for your projects done and management does not give any priorities, steer or support when asked/escalated - You only get the answer "Get it done in time".
Management is very cliquey and promotes people that they know will be of the same opinion and won't challenge higher up management.
When feedback is raised it is either ignored or you are told that next year everything will change, but you have heard this for several years now.
