- Opportunity for travel - Benify is constantly growing and the opportunities to travel between the 10 global offices are frequent - Leadership - Management at Benify is a balance of those with a wealth of industry knowledge from multiple decades working with Benefits, that are all too happy to share their experience, And those who are slightly younger but have shown fantastic leadership skills developed during their time at Benify - showing younger employees that Benify respects aptitude and rewards Ability. - The Product - The product is a joy to work with, and foreshadows the Benify 'can do' ethos - the product team have created one of the most flexible tools around and regularly add bespoke functionality to fit individual needs, - a joy to sell

Cons

I am yet to have any Cons, I Graduated over a year ago, and have had opportunities afforded to me, such as travel, work- life balance and working environment, that those my age would not usually recieve.

Pros

Fast pace and you can impact your projects and ways of working if you are willing to put the time and effort in. You have autonomy to make things for your project and client happen.

Cons

Not enough resources lead to constant challenge of getting work for your projects done and management does not give any priorities, steer or support when asked/escalated - You only get the answer "Get it done in time". Management is very cliquey and promotes people that they know will be of the same opinion and won't challenge higher up management. When feedback is raised it is either ignored or you are told that next year everything will change, but you have heard this for several years now.
