      Pros

      Great company with immense support and opportunity. The residuals are fantastic and with the commission schedule as high as it is, they cannot be beat.

      Cons

      Tough in the beginning before print, but well worth it after that. This is not for a slacker, so if you don't have the self discipline to succeed... get better!

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
