6yAt BevStrat we love our team members! We do our very best to make sure our associates are heard, listened to, and all and any issues are addressed. Leadership listens to these online comments in earnest and regardless of the truth or validity we realize that they are written by an individual that has been hurt. In creating our sales positions, we tried to birth a role that allows for freedom to work hard, participate in an industry that is exciting, and if you work hard, you can make a lot of money. We give health care, 401K match, cell phone payment and no limit to the upside to all our sales professionals and thus, we thought we created a perfect role. Sometimes we get it right and sometimes we do not. With that, the intensions are always pure but occasionally we miss the mark. We do invite any sales professional that is hurt from their termination for lack of production to call into our office and share their concerns with us. Our commitment is to be a thoughtful ear and assist where we can. We do take these message boards to heart and are here to lend closure and warmth to this process. Sales is challenging, and not for everybody but if you do choose our company, we can guarantee a fair day pay for a fair day work. Happy Selling!
