      Good incentives to succeed & brilliant product range to sell

      Cons

      Poor service hindered ability to drive business. Most management did not have their teams backs when required. At Business Manager level, you and your customers are always the last on the priority list

      Money is good, that’s it

      Cons

      Lorries not loaded in the morning, multiple drops on poorly picked pallets, more often than not picked randomly. Huge staff turnover creates instability and inconsistency.
