What I learned in only 3 years working at Big Idea Tech is much more than I learned in 15 years working as in-house IT. BIT gave me a chance to work with all different technologies and projects that helped clients in many different industries. I tell everyone that Big Idea is the Navy SEAL in the IT industry

Good company to work for！

None, they expect you to work long hours and refuse to pay OT, but if you work OT and not bill them, they will love you.

Horrible place to work, micromanagement, no sense of direction. Too many bosses, too small. I am not sure what this place expects, but one tech to another I would not recommend it. With the company size and the reviews, beware, my friends, when accepting a job with these people, very dubious company. I also had a manager that stated to me that if I work hard and work many hours although it's out of my schedule that the company sees this as a favourable act. Therefore if you work the schedule that you are given, it's not a good thing.
