Please stop reading comments about managers being incompetent here. It is a lie.
They have literally founded this organisation with their bare hands
They being a small team have made so far. Check their revenue. Check their Linkedln. They have years and years of experience. Some of you aren't even born since the time they started their career.
Micromanagement might be their style or not, This I don't know. But, what I know is that, this kind of supervision brings productivity out of the employee and embeds good experience in them.
Nobody should get paid for free. Nobody should be paid for being lazy. It's about putting your whole and sole in what you do. Because getting free money is not enjoyment. Think about the experience you will carry and how you will do in future aspects after you leave this company.
If you are used to working in very big companies and are not ready to support a startup then you can never grow.
Working a 9-6 work is easy in big MNC's. But if you work in a startup, just the way that you would have worked in your own founded company, then there is a great scope of elevating up the ladder in unfathomable ways. Also, the learning curve is broader in a startup enviornment.
It's all the mindset and in being optimist. A tip to all - Read my comment and then, Join the organisation if you stumble across this opportunity.
