Pros

Very laid back, no a lot of corporate drama, low pressure, culturally accepting, job security/loyalty, if you are passionate about new and different products this is a fantastic company to gain exposure, very friendly people from interns all the way to CEO (previous CEO - Fishman) - executives do notice and do listen to you if you have concerns.

Cons

Monotonous with not a lot of opportunity for innovation, not a lot of tools and resources for professional development, promotions aren't frequent, pay increases are not significant, bonuses are decent, office is connected to distribution center and not a lot of money has been put into the design of the interior in order to set up employees for success.
