      Poor leadership from corporate level management - Maintenance Tech Bigos Management Employee Review

      Pros

      Forced autonomy allows great leeway. Pay is mediocre at best but workload requires a lot of overtime and those paychecks are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Little to no followthrough from upper level management with forced upwards delegation causes a lot of frustration throughout the company and causes an great amount of unnecessary employment turnover.
