Pros
The company fosters an innovative engineering culture and works with the latest technologies. There are plenty of resources, and you are encouraged to experiment with whatever you want to build. Excellent salary and benefits package. The fully remote policy is truly flexible and trust-based.
Cons
Despite being on calls constantly, the fully remote and often "camera-off" culture makes it hard to build any real camaraderie. Interactions are purely task-oriented, which makes the daily routine feel like you're just going through the motions. You don't really feel like you have actual colleagues; it lacks the human touch and genuine team bonding that you'd get from sharing information or just chatting organically. And also very poor work life balance.
