Although there is an internal procedure to terminate chats with inappropriate customers, it is almost impossible to fulfill the criteria for that procedure, which means in practical terms it is impossible to terminate chats, meaning that you will be stuck with extremely rude and inappropriate customers for hours, which not only makes it much more difficult to reach the KPIs, but also causes unnecessary stress in all the support team
