      Great people, focused and willing to help Services + Products are competitive

      Cons

      3rd set of Exec Leadership in 3 years the Open Door policy is all talk Each new CEO brings in multiple VP buddies -this cost 40+ people their jobs in the last RIF -this caused multiple good people to leave (Acct Execs, Marketing, Channel, SOC, Development..)

      Work-Life Balance, General Funding, Free Merchandise, Compensation

      Cons

      (1) Poor stability withfrequent restructuring even at the highest levels of the organization, (2) Nepotism in hiring/promotion practices, (3) Lack of accountability from leadership and human resources, (5) Poor social media presence (unchecked social media posts from leadership and even a director containing frequent typos / poor framing / misleading information)
