The upper management or leadership responsible for the international business lacks the ability to generate and implement ideas effectively. Despite promising development opportunities, they fail to acknowledge and reward the efforts of their team. Their understanding of the market is limited, yet they are convinced of their expertise. This can be extremely demotivating for the team, and it’s why many good employees have either left, or they’ve been pushed out by people managing the international team.
