      Pros

      In the first year since the company formed it was great to work for even though the compensation was poor, but a change in Managment and structure came with a lot more cons than pros.

      Cons

      Compensation was very poor and well below the industry standard. The products were ok but have very mixed reviews from prescribers, with could be challenging at times.

      The upper management or leadership responsible for the international business lacks the ability to generate and implement ideas effectively. Despite promising development opportunities, they fail to acknowledge and reward the efforts of their team. Their understanding of the market is limited, yet they are convinced of their expertise. This can be extremely demotivating for the team, and it’s why many good employees have either left, or they’ve been pushed out by people managing the international team.
