After over year in leadership, the new CSO has significantly impacted the sales culture. The current environment is marked by fear, favoritism, bullying, and discrimination.
The ongoing micromanagement from the new CSO seems to focus more on taking credit for the team's successes rather than providing genuine support. Employees are frequently reminded that their job security is tenuous, often being spoken to in a dismissive manner, and are made to feel like mere numbers.
The sales team, many of whom are young and have families, is particularly affected. They are fearful of losing their jobs and, as a result, are unable to voice their concerns. Additionally, the CSO has imposed restrictions that prevent us from discussing these issues with management without his presence, further complicating the situation.
Numerous complaints have been made to HR but these concerns have yet to see any meaningful follow-up. All the managers under the CSO from sales team left. Several colleagues in marketing, and customer success have left the company due to the CSO's approach. Unfortunately, the CSO appears to take pride in this situation and frequently reminds us individually of his authority.
I urge you to consider these concerns seriously and take appropriate action.
