1. People genuinely connect within their teams and across different departments, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.

3. There is very little sense of hierarchy, making it easy to communicate and contribute.
Cons
Sydney-based employees are required to work from office 3 days a week, while the business continues to hire remote employees for similar roles. It would be good to see greater consideration given to the time and financial costs associated with community for Sydney-based employees when reviewing workplace policies.
