Great ppl, used to be a great company, and I'm happier in my new situation - Software Developer Blackbaud Employee Review

I had a mixed experience at Blackbaud. I found that there was a glass ceiling for advancement and was told that I would not be able to move up or receive a significant raise. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable experience with my manager who made a racially insensitive comment about my favorite Marvel character. Despite this, my co-workers were all great and it was a pleasure to work with them. However, I found that the company seemed a bit lost in terms of their software development direction. Furthermore, I felt that the company relied on their status as the largest tech employer in the area to keep salaries lower, which may not be as effective in a remote work environment.
