Pros

They had events and swag that reallly catered to the employees.

Cons

Upper management wasnt what I hoped it would be. When Covid layoffs happened everything was handled extremely poorly.

Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
