      Pros

      Everyone at Blackbaud truly believes in support nonprofits which makes for a great culture. I always felt very valued and understood how my role contributed to the larger organization.

      Cons

      As a remote employee, I missed out on some of the in-office perks. Also, there were lots of acquisitions, and sometimes it was hard to integrated acquired teams into existing teams.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.
