* The company is still around despite the abysmal state of the games industry.

* The 4-day work week is being phased out, project by project. It was the biggest benefit of working there but it's clear that it's on the way out for everyone. * Original founders have almost all left, timing coincides with foreign investors taking more ownership of the company. * Low morale all-around amongst the employees
