Pros
Good environment for young people who maybe don't mind being underpaid for the opportunity to work with global organisation. Working from home sometime if needs be, free lunch on Thursday and beer on Friday. "Exposure" to new tech.
Cons
Not a place for long term stable career. Redundancy heigh rate (sucked around 10 people before Xmas "to keep the momentum going"). Groups of people controlling projects, getting rid of the ones standing on their way. Not really interested in your skills at all and what you have learnt from the company. "Untouchable old-timers". Lots of going on behind closed door, secrets. Lack of projects management, kids being in charge of serious staff. "We deliver" that's their motto and bunch of other socialists ideas you have to internalise for your next PDR. Shares, which I will never see in exchange for smaller salary. By the end of it they want you to sign a legal gag, you could not write a review on this site. So it turns out to be a cheap contracting rather than perm opportunity after all. Very disappointed.
