I work on the Multifamily side of Block and I couldn’t be happier anywhere else. BMG has given me a chance and the encouragement to grow professionally. The leaders of our company are so supportive of company sponsored continuing education and professional development. To be successful at BMG you do need to be a hard worked, expectations are high but they should be. The company also focuses on promoting within. Everyone works well with each other creating a great culture to work in. Everyone is willing to help each other with anything, you never feel a heavy weight on your shoulders. The company always listens to new ideas and encourages employees to share them.

Being a smaller, but growing, company limits top tier management advancements.
