Pros
Very few pros to mention. The one positive thing is that the job was mostly a 40-hour per week job. I rarely had to put in additional hours though it did happen from time to time.
Cons
Starting from the top down, the prevailing management style is to rule by fear and intimidation. I witnessed many employees getting berated or belittled by the Principals at BRES. I, personally, was the subject of a few verbal attacks during my time there. Communication was almost non-existent, nobody takes ownership of projects for fear of being chastised by management upon failure. I would absolutely classify this place a "hostile work environment". Reviews/bonuses/raises, etc happened so infrequently. I could go on and on. Do not walk away from this place - RUN!
