No Work-Life Balance – Excessive overtime and unrealistic workloads. No Focus on Employee Well-Being – Lack of mental health support and burnout prevention. Outdated Technology – Using old tools slows productivity and innovation. Not Listening to Engineers – Ignoring expert technical advice leads to inefficiency. Not Following Recent Technology Trends – No investment in modern frameworks, automation, or cloud solutions. No Vision for Product Growth – Short-term thinking with no clear long-term roadmap.

Hybrid working arrangement was the only positive.

Bad training, lack of support, very negative working environment. Massive turn over of staff but no desire to fix this unfortunately. Staff won’t stay if they don’t feel valued or supported . Lots of products training is given but then your on your own and expected to know it all and no support available if needed. Team leads never available.
