Great work culture and outdoor experiences. Perfect if you love being outside.
Cons
Management changes a lot and is never on the same level with those in the field. A lot of changes keep on happening some good some at the expense of others. Advancement seemed unfair as some employees were exempt from particular requirements. Very cliquey!
