Pros
It's rare to find an agency that puts effort into working on causes they believe in. Not everything we do is changing the world, but where possible we try to work on things that can have impact. Feels like a startup, anyone's idea can turn into something, and it's a close knit group. I get the sense everyone is always trying to improve, which keeps things fun and evolving. And compared to every other agency I've encountered, there is a refreshing authenticity to our work and approach. We don't claim to know everything or have all of the answers, we're always learning with our clients.
Cons
It truly is ever-evolving, so if you want strict methodology and super efficient process, you might find things difficult. But if you're a self starter you can achieve a lot. In London at least, we're still figuring out the optimal way of working, the best mix of roles and process, etc.
