They made a big fuss about how high they pay, but when you factor in the unpaid travel time it's barely above minimum wage They were not supportive at all Tactics used by management pretty much bullying to be honest. When I was unable to work at times due to genuine illness I was told I wasn't allowed time off and to come in anyway. Told to call in whenever there was an issue but whenever I actually had to call in, I was made to feel like I was a problem. It didn't feel supportive it felt like I was an inconvenience
