The employer doesn't know how to handle employees due to which it will become hard for the employee. Too much work pressure even they ask to sit at night 3 AM to work. They don't care about their employees instead all they need is the work to be done there's no personal space whatsoever. You can not even take care of the family all they want is the work even if it means sitting at night and doing it.
