Good for startup experience. Always hiring, because people leave very soon.

Cons

Bad work life balance. Low level tasks; mundane debugging of buggy code. Horrible attrition rate; mostly the best people leave over time. Something wrong with high level management.

The employer doesn't know how to handle employees due to which it will become hard for the employee. Too much work pressure even they ask to sit at night 3 AM to work. They don't care about their employees instead all they need is the work to be done there's no personal space whatsoever. You can not even take care of the family all they want is the work even if it means sitting at night and doing it.

offers many perks which will look like a candy for employee to get them in trap of unbelievable workload.

Cons

they don't have management, neither they know how to handle employees due to which it will become hard for the employee to stay in this company for long time, every day release plan like noobs, too too much work pressure even they can ask to sit at night 3 AM to work management is totally mad.
