Pros
Benefits are excellent. If you can get a spot, they have a company daycare facility, on-site cafeteria (and Tim Horton's), and some of the best employees around who would like to see the company do better.
Cons
Just like any relationship that starts out starry-eyed and full of promises, this one gets old before you know it. You keep at it, thinking that "if I just hang in a little longer, things will get better! It will change!" The only way it will change is if you are a) in senior management, b) in sales or c) a really essential technical person. No such thing as paid overtime anymore (except for union personnel). For a company that is so good at manufacturing high tech transportation, it is remarkably bad at infrastructure.
