Leaders walk the talk. They get it right most of the time. For all the rest, these leaders are approachable and listen. Their philosophy is leading and shaping the future together. Everyone is encouraged to enhance the quality of life everyday..... AND then enabled to do it. Wow!
Cons
Nothing immediately comes to mind. However, in order to grow my career, I'd like to see more improvement in sharing the status of the business conditions across the various businesses.
