My colleagues. Our particular location stressed team work, not working against each other. Some beautiful collections to work with for different projects.
Cons
Outdated system. Customers got very frustrated, ESPECIALLY those who just wanted to buy a simple accessory. The salary. Paid on delivered versus written sales. Fine if the product was ever in stock. Fine if they weren't promoting special order and design services. Fine if delivery went more frequently to a new store's territory so customers could get their furniture and the associate could get paid. Management must encourage not threaten and discourage an employee whose sales are not up to their standards. Work with the sales team to help them feel like they are an important part of the sales team.
