Pros
Great co-workers. These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Understanding bosses - they are flexible and willing to help cover any family emergencies etc. Great students and typically, very little drama. Opportunities to explore new interests.
Cons
A lack of space means that offices are small. Wages not great but the willingness and flexibility of senior faculty make up for SOME of that. You need to be willing to do anything that pops up, be super flexible.
