Pros

Health Insurance is amazing Bozzuto Awards They are trying to go paperless The people who work here are genuinely nice I like their on-boarding trainers (gave a good impression of the company) HR staff is pretty responsive

Cons

Poor onsite training (I've been here for 4 months at 3 different properties from D.C. To VA without an formal training) The PM had to get another AM from another property to properly train me Outdate software ( too much use of spreadsheets especially when the software you use should do it for you. Too much data entry) They move you from property to property entirely too much for you to even get accustomed to your position. High turn over in employees. No accurate reporting for commissions when you are bouncing from property to property. They do not empower the onsite staff. You have to submit a HelpDesk ticket for everything little thing or mistake you make. You basically have to ask permission to make adjustments for everything and that takes forever! You can only get a discount at the property you work at NOT all Bozzuto properties.
