Great work environment with great people. - Sales and Marketing Associate Bozzuto Employee Review

I loved the people I was working with- everyone was extremely nice and friendly and made you feel like you were part of the family. I also love that they really listen to their employees and ask even the interns for their suggestions on management and ways the company can continue to grow. The compensation is not exactly competitive, which really says something because people still want to work at Bozzuto. There's also great opportunities for promotions and great training programs, so really the starting compensation isn't something that should hold you back.
