Pros
I could not be happier working for Bozzuto. I could easily write a novel about how much I love this company! Bozzuto treats their employees really well and I feel confident going into work everyday knowing that not only do my team members and supervisor care about me, but so does upper management. In less than a year, I have met every senior management member above me and I could not get over how nice and genuine they were. The company has a great culture and even though the majority of the staff does not work in the same office, Bozzuto does an amazing job of maintaining their unbeatable culture. From day one, I knew I was in a good place when I received the highest and best quality training I could ask for. I was set up for nothing but success. Even if the trainers had missed a step in corporate training, the on-site team does everything to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your position. There is not a day I go into work and wonder if I am doing my job correctly. My supervisor gives me constant feedback and is constantly working with the entire staff to train them for their next position. Working in property management is not the easiest thing in the world, especially with the high standards Bozzuto sets. However, I would have it no other way. Bozzuto has created a one-of-a-kind company that has a one-of-a-kind service that other companies envy. Do not even hesitate to apply or take an offer from this company because you will not be disappointed. There is no better feeling than waking up in the morning and itching to go to work. Cons
Not really a con, but in regards to compensation, I am in a sales role so sometimes it can be difficult with income constantly changing. However, you should expect that going into the role, part of your income is based on performance and sales so it will fluctuate. Keep in mind though, if you are good you will get promoted quickly so just trust management's judgement.
