Terrible Management and Work Culture - Sales and Marketing Associate Bozzuto Employee Review

Management style is terrible, the work ethic and culture of my team was very poor. The Bozzuto employees I have encountered have not only talked terribly to their team but also behind their backs. Time and time again management would be caught talking bad about residents in front of other residents. Not to mention the assistant and general property manager would constantly be very late to work or leave in the middle of the day to shop. When issues get set up the ladder they always blame the person in the lowest position. The job description was very misleading when applying for this job, not marketing what so ever. Mainly a leasing focused job, I was also told I would work half the Saturdays in the month but most months I was working 3 or 4.
