Pros

No pros only cons (because it’s runned by idiots)

Cons

I’m sharing my personal experience as a former employee of Break The Code to help others make more informed decisions before considering employment with this company. During my time there, I faced a deeply frustrating and unprofessional situation. Due to a sudden family emergency, I had to travel to Alibaug. At that point, my salary had already been delayed, and I was in urgent need of funds. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company failed to release my payment, offering only vague and inconsistent excuses. I explained clearly that I wouldn’t be able to return to the office unless the payment was made—but my concerns were met with silence. Days turned into a week, yet nothing was resolved. What disappointed me even more was the CEO’s selective responsiveness. While always active and quick to respond in work-related group chats, the CEO went completely silent when I raised concerns about being ignored and mistreated by management. My absence was misinterpreted as resignation, when in reality, I was simply overwhelmed with personal and financial stress. The HR department was equally ineffective utterly unhelpful and lacking accountability. Their inaction only added to the frustration. Unsurprisingly, this lack of employee support has led to a remarkably high turnover rate. If you’re curious, just look up Break The Code’s team photo on their Google My Business profile. Then, go for an interview. You’ll probably recognize only 5–6 people out of a supposed team of 40–45. The rest? They’ve likely left due to similar issues whether it’s salary delays, lack of support, or toxic management. The work culture seems to prioritize extracting maximum output for minimal compensation. The promise of “agency experience” is often used as a smokescreen to justify low pay, poor treatment, and disregard for employee well-being. To top it off, many of the glowing 4–5 star reviews on Google appear to be fabricated. New hires are routinely asked by HR to leave positive reviews sometimes directly from their phone so they are not only scamming their employees but also the clients by putting false/fake in house reviews. In conclusion: If you’re considering joining Break The Code, I urge you to think carefully. No agency experience is worth enduring delayed pay, a lack of support during emergencies, or a work culture that devalues its people. Your time, skills, and mental well-being are far more important.

Late pay, working here and telling problems to HR feels like going to a government office. They don't give proper ans and what the hell is sandwich leaves why They should focus employee retention everyone is leaving after max 6 months. The HR doesn't work but he will surely tell you that you aren't productive
