Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and review! I’m happy to hear you find BridgeHealth’s insurance effective for your needs, and hope the rest of our comprehensive benefits including 401k match, HSA contribution, work/life balance, et. al, are equally beneficial to you. If you think the current office is nice, wait until you see the new space we’re moving into – 21,000 square feet, everyone together on one floor, workout facilities, adjustable workstations … it’s going to be AWESOME!
If it wasn’t for our competent team and BridgeHealth’s financial performance, this move would not be possible. Our Finance team brings a combined 60+ years of experience to their roles. If you have suggestions on how to “do the finances” or would like to shadow members of this team to learn more, let me know and I would be happy to coordinate the opportunity. Our leadership team reflects various, diverse levels of experience and like the rest of the organization, their talent is valued. We believe in providing internal opportunities for advancement. Our team is comprised of human beings, and at times they will make mistakes, especially when they take on a new role. This is expected. We are problem-solvers. We take accountability for our mistakes, learn from them and move on. Another of our core values is that we have integrity and deliver what we promise – to providers, to plan sponsors and members, to coworkers and to investors. We take our contractual obligations seriously because, legality aside, it’s the right thing to do.
Although there is always room for improvement, I am proud of the strides we’ve made in sharing information through periodic all hands meetings, internal announcements, 1:1s and team meetings. Once SharePoint is deployed, we will have an intranet to further share ideas and updates.
Thank you for your ongoing contribution and feedback. As always, I would be happy to have a further conversation about your ideas on how we may improve. My door is open.
