      Pros

      While working with brightside I have grown in so many ways , it has a family oriented environment with trainings and so many areas to grow, I have been an employee for almost five years and currently pursuing a leadership role as director . I’m so excited for my next level at brightside .

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
