Non transparent and Not a Great Culture - Anonymous employee Brightspeed Employee Review

Decisions are made by a very small group of people and are not well communicated outside of that. The culture is awful and based on fear, with many people working weekends and lying or throwing colleagues under the bus to avoid blame and accountability. Promotional decisions are very political, and employees are stressed.
