Pros
This is a start-up company but with smart, personable and seasoned people in leadership positions that are great leaders. At a year with the company, I find all teams collaborate well, are smart, not afraid to take risks and know how to have fun. This is a great company to work due to the great culture and all employees have a strong work ethic. You feel like you are making a difference.
Cons
As a start-up, Brightspeed is building processes and growing but again the strong leadership is instrumental in helping teams overcome growing pains.
