1yWe could not agree more, there are many amazing people at Brightway; and we appreciate each of them, their daily contributions, and the input they provide to improve outcomes. Employees on our customer service team have shared that work/life balance is important to them. Contingency planning (multi-location support, interactive voice response, etc.) is critical to ensuring our customers and agents are served at their convenience without expecting our service representatives to solely shoulder this responsibility (especially during high-demand weather events). To your point, many of the automation investments we have made in the past couple of years have been focused on supporting the ability of our service team to respond to agent and customer needs efficiently and in a single interaction – improving satisfaction for everyone!
