      Pros

      Interesting work plance and very good people for the most part. Can learn a lot .

      Cons

      Senior management (especially the Chief Administrative Officer) are a little behind the times. HR is pretty old school and for a international company the HR side of house is very provincial (especially the head Administrative Officer.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
