Pros
Some departments like SAN Engineering were rewarding to work with. Good base pay. Remained the storage leader against Cisco
Cons
Never integrated Foundry. Was rumored to merge with Juniper before former execs ego got in the way and they instead bought Foundry, a marginal player in the LAN. Lots of unethical behavior and incompetence in marketing.
