Pros
I have been working here for 3+ years, and the endless challenge and growth potential never ceases to amaze and drive me. I am constantly moved by the inspiring colleagues around me and the work family I have here, along with the challenge that is presented to us each day. I love that the company is all organically grown, and that there isn't one specific degree or background requirement to work here. They care about you as a person, your values, and your work ethic. Starting out early in my career, countless Brooksource employees have invested time into molding me into the professional I am today, which I am very grateful for. To help people get jobs and make a difference in their lives is an amazing thing, and I love that the people around me are so passionate about what we are doing here.
Cons
Having a commission based salary can be a little different at first if you have never experienced it before, so you definitely have to be willing to put in the grind. It has grown to be another factor that pushes me to work even harder each day!
