Pros
I've been here a long time, and a few things have kept me here. I've been trusted to own real work, with the flexibility to do it my way and actually make an impact, that kind of trust isn't common, and it's a big reason I've stayed. The people are the other half of it: I've made real friends here, not just colleagues, but people who back you and show up for you. That wasn't something I expected from a job. Add the room to keep growing in my career, and I can honestly say I'm grateful to be here. If you want trust, space to grow, and good people around you, it's been that for me.
Cons
The workload can be high, so you have to be comfortable in a busy environment. And like any company that grows and changes over time, the feel of the place has shifted a little from the earlier days. Neither has been a real problem for me, they're just things worth knowing going in.
