a) Salaries, bonus and increments are low as always
b) Bad engineering culture, asking you to deliver 3 month's of task in 1 week. You will be fed bare minimum information to work on, PMs are there to just chill and write hallucinated documentation using Claude. As engineer you will be asked to do research, get approvals, design implementation plan, implement, review code, do testing on your local system (M2 Air) since there is no infrastructure to test things, get the code approved and merged. You will be given 1.5 days per task.
c) Townhalls are full of lies, if you raise questions they will be diverted.
d) You will spend time writing slop using AI which is not battle tested.
e) Recent review on glassdoor are manipulated by HR
